ICA Congress participants can choose from six professional visits, each of
which combines aspects of unique Korean archival culture with sites of historical and
cultural interest, to create a memorable experience.
This program is free of charge for participants with a full congress registration
(not applicable to accompanying persons).

Due to a limited number of places, the first registrations will have priority.
The last day of online application is 28 August, 2016.
Participants must have confirmed their payment before applying for a visit.

After 28 August, 2016, applicants may change or cancel their existing
reservations by sending an e-mail to visit@ica2016.com.
Spots created through cancellations from 29 August onward will be filled on-site at
the Tour Desk, on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

  • Notes

    - This program is open only to those who are fully registered.
    - Applications are received by Sunday, August 28, 2016 to ensure a smooth prior coordination with the
      host agencies or organizations.
    - If applicants choose to make a bank transfer to pay for their registration fee, the payment must
      be received by Friday, August 19, 2016 in order for the application to be finalized.
    - Applications are finalized on a first-come, first-served basis. If there are more applicants than the capacity
      allows in each program, the application window may be closed earlier.
    - On-site applications are available within the number of cancellations made from August 20th onwards
    - Applicants will be contacted individually if the program is cancelled or changed by the organizer due to
      unforeseen circumstances.
    - Lunch will be served to full-day program participants.
    - The length of the visits may change according to traffic conditions.

  • Application Confirmation

    - After submitting their application, applicants will receive an automatic e-mail including details of
      application.
    - A confirmation of application (including a detailed schedule) will be sent by e-mail after Wednesday,
      August 24, 2016.

    - Applicants will be provided with the final program information (departure time and location, schedule,
      etc.) at the Tour Desk one day before the program.
